1.General Information

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without stating any reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a third party (other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.

2.Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs for expedited shipping or premium delivery methods), within 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal notice.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

3.Return of Goods

  • You must return the goods to us without undue delayand no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
  • The goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods unless the goods were delivered defective or incorrectly.

4.Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
  • Digital content (e.g., software) if you have consented to the immediate start of performance and acknowledged the loss of withdrawal rights upon completion.
